About the Designer

Anna Flowers is the Founder and Creative Director of Anna Flowers Designs and House of Ascension — an independent luxury fashion house rooted in craftsmanship, sovereignty, and the belief that clothing can be a form of reclamation.

Raised within oppressive religious systems that framed women through obedience rather than self-authorship, Anna’s relationship with fashion was shaped as much by restriction as by instinctive creativity. What began as survival eventually transformed into liberation. Sewing became language. Construction became power.

Self-taught and fiercely intuitive, Anna developed her design philosophy through relentless experimentation with draping, garment engineering, and couture construction — creating pieces designed not simply to decorate women, but to alter the way they occupy space.

Influenced by the moody beauty of the Pacific Northwest, her work blends sculptural silhouettes, fluid movement, strategic exposure, and unapologetic drama with real-world wearability and comfort.

Today, Anna Flowers Designs exists as more than a fashion label. It is an exploration of beauty, visibility, identity, and feminine authorship.

Women are Art.
Not Made to Behave.
