Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days – $55 flat rate
  • International Shipping: Varies by destination – starting at $25.00

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to the United States. If you are outside this area, please contact us at service@annaflowersdesigns.com for potential shipping options and we will help you with your order. 

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is missing or has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at service@annaflowersdesigns.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 3 days after delivery. Include your order number and a description of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
